CHRIS RUDNICK

Coach Chris is a graduate of Northeastern University’s Doctoral Physical Therapy Program. While there he began his fitness career working for 4-years as a personal trainer, eventually overseeing the education and development of the entire training staff.

After graduating, Chris continued his development as both a coach and clinician by pursuing opportunities in Boston, Tennessee and Chicago. Each location provided him with a unique chance to work with high school, collegiate and professional athletes. It wasn’t until 2019 when Chris was introduced to CrossFit and the functional fitness community. Immediately he recognized CrossFit’s value and pursued a deeper understanding of the methodology. Fast forward to the summer of 2020 and Chris began coaching at CrossFit Milford under the guidance of world renown coach Jason Leydon.

Shortly after starting at CFM, Chris took the next step in his career by signing on to work with Conquer Athlete, a company which provides coaching & programming for competitive CrossFit athletes.

Chris continues to work 1-on-1 and remotely with clients in addition to coaching classes at CrossFit Milford. He specializes in sports performance coaching, but uses the knowledge he’s gained over his 12-Year fitness career to help everyone discover the healthiest version of themselves.
