Our 3:30 pm class is being put on hold because of all the planning that will be going on this week for the sectionals.  The class will officially start next week on 3/22. Keep in mind that they gym will be closed Friday night (no 5:30 or 6:30 pm classes) as well as Saturday and Sunday.  Please come down and support all the CFM athletes competing in the sectionals as well as everyone else!!

Rose Marie is battling it out...

Syed is the double under NINJA!!!  no joke, he smashes all challengers

There is no slowing down Olesja...

One of our very own already qualified for the regionals!!  Kim, who was with us for about 8 months recently relocated to North Carolina.  Kim has never stopped kicking butt, and it is showing.  We are all so proud of you Kim!! Good luck with the regionals, and keep us posted..

Hey Jason!

Just wanted to let you know I made it to Regionals!  I finished 7th in the NC/SC sectionals this past weekend.  It was definitely a tough weekend, but awesome.  They are taking 15 to regionals, but only 9 females completed all 4 WODs.  I'm attaching a couple pics for you.  No worries...I definitely represented CrossFit Milford for the lifting WOD!  -won't ever forget where it all started!  Thanks for that!

1. Kim, great job! way to represent 5:30am CFM :) There's even a couple of shots of you carrying the 40lbs sandbag on the mainsite video. Congrats and good luck at the regionals.

5. Seriously what's going on over there? For the last 3 days the only response is they'll be up soon?

6. I think they have to wait for HQ to post it on the games site.

7. Wow...this is really dissapointing. Either CFM waited way too long to submit the WODs to HQ or, HQ is way understaffed and had a rediculously slow turnaround time. In any event, for all the gyms that were counting on having these WODs available for a weekend training session, it kinda blows.

8. I understand people's frustration, but I cannot disclose the WOD's before HQ does. Many of the sectionals didn't release the WOD's until 2 days before, you all will still have plenty of time to be prepared.

9. WODS are posted on main site!!!!! Good luck to all our athletes!

10. Jay, I just wanted to publicly thank you for all the effort you have put into the sectional event. I know there has been a lot of waiting for the WOD's to post and unfortunately, no one gets to see the "behind the scenes" and how much goes into one of these events. I know how many hours you have spent on this and I just wanted to say "Thank You" on behalf of everyone for all of your hard work. No doubt, there will be someone who will criticize but I warn that person or people to tread lightly. They do not know the extent of planning an event of this magnitude. I think you have done an amazing job and I am so proud of you!

11. Ditto on Joce's post! We all know how much time, effort, thought and talent you put into all of this! I am so excited to compete on behalf of CFM. I am looking forward to a fun weekend!

12. Well said Joyce!!
I know you guys are going to host a great sectional based on how well run CFM is!!
I can't even imagine the amount of work you are putting into this weekend (and all the trainers), so thanks for having such a stellar gym! And congrats on hosting this weekend.

15. Jay, If sectionals are anything like the CFM classes this should be awesome. looking forward to using my lulu gift card on Sat. Also it will be fun to see crossfitters outside of CFM come and underestimate how hard your workouts really are. Looking forward to getting back at it after vacation.
