5 sec. lower
4 reps x 5 working sets
This week – if you held the same weight for all sets last week then add 5-10 pounds.. if not, use your final weight for all sets
A2) UB pull work
DB supported row
5 sec lower
4-6 reps/side x 5 working sets
This week look to add 5-10 pounds if you held the same weight for all sets, otherwise, stick @ that weight for one more week
B) Workout / intervals
Complete as many reps as possible in 3 minutes of:
350/300m row
10 pull ups [or C2B or 5 bar MU]
Max dips in remaining time [strict]
Rest 1 minute between sets. Repeat for a total of 4 sets.
