this week look to stay @ last week’s final weight for 4-5 sets there
*for those that were able to do the OHSQ in the last cycle –
this cycle we are going to lift and pause @ knee for 2 sec. then drive and catch in the bottom of the squat
if you have tight shoulders and don’t have experience with this, you can [based around ability] switch to the clean or continue to work on the OHsQ this cycle
B) Workout.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
50/40-calorie row
35 sit ups
20 burpees
C) finsiher work
barbell curls [21’s]
rest :90x
2 sets
then
75 banded tricep ext
