30 2 db squat cleans or 1 DB or odd object goblet squat or empty BB clean.
30 2 db push press or. with the same object, you did your cleans with
400m run or 2:00mins
20 front rack lunges *same weight from above 20 devil press OR kb/db snatch 2
00m run or 1:00 min
15 db clusters (clean + thruster, rep goes to the ground every time) OR thrusters
15 Burpees over DB or to a slightly elevated surface like a 45lb plate or bottom of a staircase.
