A)Back Squat heavy / light contrast work

with the back squat take 3 warm up sets to build to an RPE of 7 for 4 reps

then you will do 4 reps @ that RPE of 7 immediatly drop to 10 goblet squats following the heavy 4

rest :90 for 3 sets here
